Returns

Our customers can return for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. In that case, they must follow next steps:

  1. Place the item you wish to return in its original packaging.
  2. Fill in the returns form and add it to the package.
  3. Send the items to the following address by the preferred means of transport.

  4. Upon receiving, inspecting and verifying that the goods are in their original condition, we will arrange a full refund for the items and send a confirmation email.

The return postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility, except for failure on our part.
